Deed of Covenant that (2) will repay £200 secured on a parcel of copyhold ground and buildings in Bishop Wearmouth bounded by a newly erected messuage belonging to William Garbutt to the east, another newly erected messuage belonging to (2) to the west, the King's High Street to the North and an intended street called Middle Street to the South, to give to William Harrop, with interest of £5 per hundred, with several covenants including that (2) must insure against fire,
