Recites will of John Machell senior, late of Larch Hill, Wolsingham, gent, deceased, 10 May 1828 Recites mortgage of a share in John Machell's will by (1) to Joseph Snaith Wooler and Henry Thomas Wooler, both of Devonshire Street, Queen Square, Middlesex, coal merchants, 1834, and transfer of same to Joseph Wooler of Wolsingham. Memorandum by (5) that he will not hold (2) liable if the Premises do not realize the principal with interest
