Conveyance from (1) to (2) by lease and release (for lease see D/X 1157/4) of messuage with outbuildings in Over Startforth, with land at west end (measuring 27 yards from north-west corner of barn to town street, and 21 yards from messuage westwards to boundary of (1)'s property called Bellgarths); with right of way over property of (1) from town street to property conveyed
Consideration: £115 (£25 on 1 May 1747, £24 on 1 May 1748, £23 on 1 May 1749, £22 on 1 May 1750 and £21 on 1 May 1751)
Endorsed with memorandum (12 June 1781) of payment by John Bowman, heir of (2), of annual rent of 2s.6d. as acknowledgement of encroachment on property of Timothy Hutchinson, heir of (1)
