It would appear that the pre-1923 plans, which were in a series numbered 1 - 2987 and 1/20 - 42/20, 1/21 - 37/21, 1/22 - 40/22, have been split into a re-numbered series (now 1 - 560) and a residual group retaining the original numbers. The plans for 1923 and later years are numbered from 1 in each year.
