Appoints his wife Anne Peele, children Ernest Peele, Alfred Peele, Edward Peele, Bertha Dickinson, Harry Peele and May Pyman as trustees and executors. He shares his personal belongings between his sons. £40 each to his daughters. He gives the rest of his personal and real estate at 8 New Elvet to his wife for her life and entrust his veterinary and horse shoeing business with his sons. The Waterloo Hotel should be cleared of mortgage by the trustees.
