Catalogue Description

Records of Trinity United Reformed Church, Bishop Auckland

The Trinity Presbyterian Church was erected in 1865 in South Church Lane. According to Francis Whellan ('History, Topography and Directory of the County Palatine of Durham ...', 1894), the church, for a few years before 1865, held meetings in the town hall.
