26 October 1801 Admittance of Richard White of Bishop Wearmouth, esq., and Thomas Scarth of Hendon House, Bishop Wearmouth, esq., to a messuage and parcel of ground (8 yds. x 22yds. 2ft. 8ins.) adjoining lands of Jacob Maude of Sunniside at Bishopwearmouth, upon the surrender of Jacob Maude, William Maude Ogden and Thomas Scarth Defeasance that White and Scarth will pay £2 16s. p.a. (ground rent) to Jacob Maude, that they will raise £250 by way of mortgage and pay the said sum to White, and subject thereto will hold the premises upon the trusts declared in EP/Biw 695.
