County Hall (Ref: D/Ph 521/1-2)

County Hall was opened in 1963 and the depositor started work on 11 March, so was among the first to work in the building. He later recalled that the building was not completely finished at that time and was occupied from the top down, so work was still going on in the lower levels, while he and other employees were working on the third and higher floors.
