Release [lease missing] from (1) to (4), in trust for (2), of a capital messuage or mansion house in Gateside, part of a close called Green Close adjoining the garden walls of the mansion house, and Minns Close, Kirver Close, Scrabtree Close, Longrigg, the Paddock, Bradley Head, Hinkeing Burn, the High Mill, Priest Meadows, Quicken Croft, Thorney Closes, the Low Mill, the North Awards, the South Awards, the ponder hill, the Whitefield, the Inskipps, Jackson's field, Robson's Close, Bensham or Benshalme, with all coalmines under them Consideration: £3,700
