Lanchester (temporary) Council SchoolSchool opened 1916, became Lanchester Senior Mixed Council School on 25 August 1936, and Lanchester County Secondary Modern School, c.1945.
Amalgamated with Annfield Plain Secondary Modern School and Greencroft Secondary School in 1976 to become Greencroft Comprehensive School.
