Deeds and related papers of various properties i.e. Croxdale and Sunderland Bridge, 1758; Haggerston of Haggerston estates in Northumberland, 1753-1762 (including the will (20 November 1753) with codicil (16 September 1755) and probate (10 September 1756) of Sir Carnaby Haggerston of Haggerston, baronet); Ponteland (Co. Northumberland) 1772, Brancepeth Estate, 1797, 1798; Hedleyhope and Lanchester 1815; Cold Pig Hill (Lanchester) 1890; and Iveston 1891. Include also settlement on marriage of Robert Eden of New Elvet, Durham City, to the Hon. Constance Calvert, d. of Lord Baltimore (re lands in Billingham 1765) and assignment in trust of profits of the office of Register at the Court of Chancery at Durham 1776.
