(2) Ralph Gowland of Durham City, gent., and James Reed of Horden, Co. Durham, Yeo. Lease for a year from (1) to (2) of a messuage with garden and grounds called The Greens and demesne lands - also a messuage called the Low Farm with lands, a messuage called Pearsons with lands, a messuage called Keirston House and another called Nevilles House all of which are in Preston-le-Skerne (gives details of all closes and pastures), together with a house and lands in Little Thorpe, in the tenure of John Forster and a farm called The West Farm in the parish of Issington (Easington) being part of the manor of Horden (gives details of closes and pastures). Consideration: 5 shillings
