Reciting lease dated 27 September 1606 by James I to (1) of 40 acres of land at Stranton for a term of 40 years. Reciting lease dated 8 August 1607 by James I to (3) of a messuage and 40 acres of land in Stranton for a term of 40 years. Reciting lease dated 20 September 1595 by Elizabeth I to Margaret Hodgshon of a messuage, garden, 70 acres of arable land and meadow and a close of land all at Stranton, for a term of 21 years.
