Deed of covenant for the production by (1) of deeds to freehold, leasehold and copyhold estates in Auckland St. Andrew, Heighington and Aycliffe, known as the Middridge Estate, the School Aycliffe Estate, the Syms Pasture Estate and the Woodham Burn Estate, which were conveyed by (2), by indenture of even date, to uses for preventing dower; the deeds remain in the custody of (1) until the sale of an estate at Bishop Middleham
