Consideration: once the worked coal exceeds £3527 the following charges apply: 25s per ten for every ten of round coals; 12s 6d per ten for every ten of small coals worked in Hutton seam; 20s per ten of every ten round coals and 10s per ten of every ten of small coals worked from any other seam worked over the said amount of £3527. Additional charge of 2s 6d per ten for every ten of coals applies from any other coal mine within the described area The lease explains in detail the measurements of coal, conditions of pay, employment of workers etc.
