Samuelson & Company Limited (in liquidation), of Newport (Yorkshire); (2) Thomas Duncan Henlock Srubbs of Nunthorpe (Yorkshire) (liquidator); (3) Dorman Long & Company Limited of Zetland Road, Middlesborough (Yorkshire); (4) Barclays Bank Limited (trustees) Reciting: - Supplemental to trust deed of 26 July 1923 between (i) Dorman Long & Company and (ii) Barclays Bank to secure £3,500,000 5½% first mortgage redeemable debenture stock; - property in part I of the schedule was vested in (1) in fee simple and in part 2 was vested by lease; - special resolution of (1) on 17 April 1923 and 2 May 1923 to voluntarily wind up the company; - (3) held all the shares of (1); - creditors of (1) had been paid; - (3) were entitled to request assignment of all (1)'s assets; - (3) had made assurances to (4); - (3) had agreed to demise to (4) Operative Part - (1), with assent of (2) conveyed property in 1st Schedule to (3) Habendum: - To (3) to the use of (4) 1st Schedule - 2nd part [the only part abstracted] High House Farm, Shadforth as shown on included plan and containing 115 acres, 2 foods, 25 perches and 60 dwellinghouses
