Conveyance 25 November 1903 Parties: (1) Thomas Atkinson of Coundon, builder; (2) Margaret Ellen Harding of Coundon Gate, married woman Reciting: - conveyance of 16 June 1897 from (i) Bolchaw Vaughan & Company Limited to (ii) Thomas Atkinson of land including that now forming part of (a) Operative Part: - (1) conveyed (a) to (2) for £230 Property [as in included plan]: (a) land at Coundon measuring N-S 16 feet, E-W 89 feet and containing 158 square yards bounded: N by property of (1) agreed to be sold to Robert Richardson Aspinall; S by property of (1) agreed to be sold to Thomason Richmond; E by land of John Lloyd Wharton; W by land of Sir William Eden, baronet; with dwellinghouse erected thereon with right of way along back road on E (the plan showing the property fronted Wharton Street and backed on to Collingwood Street) Habendum: - to (2) subject to covenants Witnesses: -E.
