Durham Light Infantry Regimental Committee
After the disbandment of The Durham Light Infantry regiment and the amalgamation of the regular and territorial battalions into the new Light Infantry regiment, the Durham Light Infantry Regimental Committee continued to co-ordinate the affairs and safeguard the interests of The Durham Light Infantry. It was responsible for the regimental chapel and memorial garden in Durham Cathedral. Other business was conducted by the D.L.I. Association, the D.L.I. Dinner Club, the Regimental Museum, and the Regimental Fund.
