Smith regarding this school and will appreciate that although a valuation has been obtained by the Board it is the Board's wish that in the special circumstances of this case, the Church Council should be enabled to purchase for a lower figure than the valuation if the Minister of Education is agreeable'. 'We are quite prepared to write to the Minister, but before we do so we think it advisable that your clients should let the Minister have a full statement of their grounds for seeking a Conveyance of the property at less than its market value or should forward such a statement to us to submit to the Minister in their behalf.
