Catalogue Description
Barnard School, DarlingtonBarnard School for pupils with special needs opened on 20 June 1928. In 1962 the limitations of the school accommodation imposed by its restrictive site were recognised. A new school was built as a replacement at Glebe Road, and pupils and teachers moved to Glebe School at Easter 1967.
