Following the Courts Act, 1971, orders for diversions or stopping of highways, made at Petty Sessions, were returned to the Clerk of the Council instead of the Clerk of the Peace. These orders (CC/HD 890-954) are also entered in volume Q/R/HD/B 5. For earlier orders, see Q/R/HD 1-899.
