TECHNICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
(Development Department after 1981)

This department ceased to exist as a separate department on 1 November 1981 when it was combined with the Estates Department to form the Development Department. Both the Technical Services and Estates sections continued their distinct functions and maintained their separate filing systems. These departments will, as a result, be treated separately.
