Catalogue Description

TECHNICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
(Development Department - post 1981)

Unlike the other departments, where the current and transferred files are treated as one unit, the Technical Services Department material consists of two filing systems - one for current files and one for non-current (i.e. transferred) files. A re-modelling of the second system took place at some point, thereby making it difficult to identify certain file numbers. As a result, the transferred files for the Technical Services Department have been listed together and separately from the current files.
