Settlement on the marriage of John Harris and Margaret Atkinson. Release from (1) to (3), to the use of (1) and (2) and their heirs, of a half (the whole in three parts divided) of the freehold messuages and lands at Lunshouse and Lowryes Paddock in the parish of Lanchester, late in the possession of John Raw of Lunshouse, dec'd., and his subtenants, and now in the possession of (1), Samuel Jopling of Rowley or Anne his wife, and the said William Atkinson or Phyllis his wife, and also a half (the whole in three parts divided) of the corn tithes at Colt Park, Darwent Coat, Darwent Coat hay, Hamsterley Midles, Ousterley, the Mill Closes Peth, Ralph Brown's land, Kyo West House, Carmines, Bushblades and Harelaw in the parish of Lanchester and chapelry of Medomsley
