Release of the piece of land owned by (1), fronting on Bright Street, and the land recently purchased by (2), between Bright Street and Mill Lane, Stockton upon Tees, from the restrictions regarding windows, which were contained in a surrender dated 13 May 1813; reciting surrender by John Barker of Stockton, esq., John Russell Rowntree of Stockton, esq., and William Grey of Stockton, gent., to [surrenderees not specified] of 3r.25p. land, part of the easternmost of two closes called Garr Ends Closes on the west side of Stockton, bounded on the west by the Society of Friends meeting house and Stockton town street, subject to the erection, by the surrenderees, of a brick wall separating the premises conveyed from the westernmost close, and no windows within seven yards of the wall
