Photographs of the Grange Iron Company, Gilesgate Moor, Belmont, Durham
The Grange Iron Company works were established in 1867 on the site of the former Grange Colliery, and closed in 1926 when the company was amalgamated with Messrs. Joseph Cook, Sons and Company Limited of Washington.

The company manufactured steam and compressed air locomotives, colliery winding engines and other mining equipment.
