Contemporary copy of the will of Robert Surties of Durham, mercer. Bequests to the poor of all the Durham city parishes and of Ebchester and Whittinstall. Charges his dwelling house in Durham Market Place with the annual payment of 6s.8d. to the churchwardens of St. Nicholas for the poor of the parish. Charges his other properties with similar payments to the poor of other Durham city parishes etc. as above, 27 November 1617
