Recites extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 16 October. 1878 which authorised borrowing, as provided in Articles of Association, to raise £25,000 by issue of debenture bonds to be secured by first mortgage of Boyne and Littleburn Colliery
Recites meeting of board of directors of 20 November 1878 which confirmed resolution of shareholders and agreed to reborrow, on a second mortgage of Boyne and Littleburn Collieries, £12,500 by issue of debenture bonds and as security transfer of lease to trustees - (3)
