The Northumbria Anthology is a project aiming to preserve old folk songs, mainly from the 19th and early 20th Century, from around the North East of England. Many local and international artists are involved, arranging songs in different musical styles from orchestral, with the help of the Northern Sinfonia, to folk and rock.
