These files contain borehole logs and the results of other tests, but very little description or analysis. Though some may well relate to the projects in the Highways and Site Investigation reports, they are not explicitly labelled as such and so have been preserved as a separate series.They were originally organised in roughly chronological order, but for ease of use have now been arranged by location.
