A collection of photographs inherited by the Urban Regeneration Agency (U.R.A.). It is believed that the collection was created by the Department of the Environment during its grant-aided derelict land reclamation schemes programme, in the 1960s and 1970s. Records have been added in the 1980s, before the collection passed to the U.R.A.
