(3) Robert Elliot of Mickleton, Yorkshire, butcher and glazier, and Margaret, his wife Conveyance by assignment from (1) and (2) to (3), of a cottage with a little garth or yard adjoining, on the north row of Mickleton, abutting on the east on land of the earl of Strathmore, on the west on land of Robert Johnson, on the north on a lane leading from Mickleton town street to the mill and Lowfield, and on the south on the town street; a frontstead abutting on land of the earl of Strathmore on the east and north, and on the town street on the west, north and south; and another frontstead abutting on land of the earl of Strathmore on the east and north, and on the town street on the west and south; reciting: assignment of a lease, 9 December 1769, whereby (1) became entitled to the property for the residue of a term of 1000 years granted by Talbot Bowes and others to Christopher Bailes and others; mortgage, 11 December 1769, by (1) to (2) for £40; that, to pay off the mortgage, (1) wished to sell the property to (3) Consideration: £50 from (3) to (1) and (2)
