West Durham Methodist Circuit was formed in 2006 from the amalgamation of three former Circuits, Crook & Willington Circuit, Spennymoor & Ferryhill Circuit and Weardale Circuit.It covers an area approximately 40 miles across with Crook at the centre and extends from Ireshopeburn in the west, down through Stanhope & Wolsingham, Crook & Willington, Spennymoor & Ferryhill to Sedgefield.
