Catalogue Description
Durham Beekeepers' Association was created on 14 June 1977 by Ian Copinger and Malcolm Proud. An association newsletter was launched in March 1978 and the association became affiliated to the British Beekeeper's Association in 1979. For earlier local beekeeping organisations please see D/X 2018 for Durham County Beekeepers' Association and Durham City and District Beekeepers' Association.
