The Pelton Colliery Institute in Pelton Fell was built in 1909 by Pelton Colliery, Ltd., the owners of Pelton Colliery, for the use of their workers. The building comprised a hall, which could seat 500, a billiard room, refreshment room and a library.Catalogue Contents
