25 November 1895 (1) Ernest Frederick George Hatch of 1a Cockspur Street, London, wine merchant (2) Francis Horner Lyell Copy of supplemental agreement for the liquidation of a mortgage debt of £3,239 12s. by annual installments of at least £500 with 7% interest. Appointment of attorney to receive income due to (1) from Hatch, Mansfield and Co. Ltd. and to apply 40% of it in liquidating the mortgage. The salary of (1) as Managing Director (£500 p.a.) not being brought into the reckoning
