(1) Dorothy Hannah Heslop of 1 Elton Terrace, Darlington, spinster;
(2) Edward Wooler of Harewood Hill, Darlington, esquire
Reciting:
- intended marriage between (1) and (2);
- as soon as possible after the marriage (1) and (2) would enter into covenants

- (1) and (2) agreed to enter into 30 detailed covenants - these amount to each party nominating a trustee and then conveying, assigning and appointing all property of (1) in Schedules 1 to 4 to the trustees in trust for (1) during her life and for her sole and separate use, remainder to (2) for his life, provided he was not outlawed or bankrupt, remainder to any children of (1) and (2)
